It's honestly really getting better with all the restaurants they are adding. Like I can actually go here early and chill. I feel like I am in Paris but I am in Seattle so that is confusing. Like don't be afraid that you have arrived at the wrong destination. Just remember to take off your shoes at the security check point and take off your belt before going through the metal detectors.

Shady taxi drivers, use Uber/Lyft if you can. My taxi driver had broken "CC machine." Also I learned later he did a loop costing me $20 more. (Airport needs to protect travellers better.)

A fine enough airport to take someone and then pick them up later. If flying through here, the facilities provide good enough food and shopping while waiting for flights. The times I have been through here, flights were on time and things ran smoothly.

Modern, efficient & large airport. I am a big fan of when airports feature artwork & decor inspired from the local culture, and this airport features many beautiful murals & other works of art clearly inspired by the Pacific Northwest. The airport shuttle train to transfer from terminal to terminal is fast and efficient. There are many fantastic food options in the various terminals.

I fly through this airport at least twice every year. The interior, for the most part, looks surprisingly modern. The main complaint I had was international arrivals, which has a really disappointing, cramped, process, the worst thing after a 12-hour flight. I can’t complain about that anymore, though, because they are creating a new building to accommodate international flights. The only complaint remaining is the unsanitary bathrooms. They smell and are outdated.

The security lines run efficiently despite the ever present lines. Officials are generally kind and helpful. When the lines get long, they expedite by bringing out dogs to prescreen. There is a good selection of shops and restaurants within the airport. It is clean and well-tended.

The best and very big airport that I ever visited.

First travel since Covid. Everyone respectful and observed the social distance markers. Lines moved fast. So much space in the cabin!

Love this airport. When I am running late I just "Identify" as pregnant and I get pushed through security and don't even have to do a body scan. Once the female officer grabbed a little hard on my toosh but I was okay with it because she was good looking.

Quite large, efficient-operating airport with convenient infrastructure including good connection to car rental place. Unfortunately for non-US citizens there are often 2+h queues to customs especially when more than 2 747s or A380s landed at the same time. US-standard quality which is a bit below standards in Europe.

One of the nicest airports in US. The TSA check has multiple lines and is not usually crowded. Seafood place in S gate has best drinks and an amazing noodles. Must try!

Well kept airport that is rather easy to navigate even if you're new to the area. Arriving at the airport directions are clearly marked for where you need to go and you really shouldn't get lost unless you really aren't looking. SeaTac police are pretty good about keeping people moving when there is a new arrival or series of arrivals and people are getting picked up. Security could be improved with long lines and how TSA works here. Other than that, lot of good restaurants, good spacious design, and friendly staff.

This is a beautiful airport with many food choices and going through another remodel to upgrade and expand its capacity. The huge glass wall when you pass security is awesome but the key word is when you pass security. While they have done a lot to upgrade the restaurants, inbound and outbound flights getting through security is a joke! But you also need to get to the airport! Navigating the drop off and arrivals is not easy as well. Well hopefully that’s next on the list but if you are traveling give yourself the 2 hour window as you’ll definitely need it!

Why is there no fast lane for military personnel?! This airport has the nicest USO but no military fast lane unless your wearing a uniform! Seriously!! Who wants to wear a uniform their entire flight flying from overseas?! On top of that having to get it dry cleaned after flying

I love the Northwest vibe here! There are many places to eat, shop or refill on water no matter where you are in the airport. The Central Terminal features an impressive glass wall where travelers can relax and enjoy a meal at one of the many tables available. Often, live musicians are within earshot of the Central Terminal, which features a variety of eateries to choose from.

This airport really gets me. Cool name, neat art, good food. My bags came very quickly because they care. Def better than Midway.

My trip through here went really well. Plenty of good spots around to fill time and fill up. Even the security was cool.

Lots of stuff to do here while waiting for your flight. Quirky art. Good food. Fairly user friendly maps and whatnot. Free WiFi.

Sea tac was well kept and people were friendly. We felt safe and felt like the service was good! The lines were super short and security was very good!

Very nice airport with great eateries and lounges. Far from downtown Seattle but great connection with Link Light Rail

Big props to Seattle Tacoma airport for this wonderful setup for nursing moms. Overall good airport. However setup is a little wonky and spread out. Trams are clean. Staff was somewhat stiff, but others were very friendly so that made up for it. Interesting TSA line. Seemed to work out some issues seen at other airports but also bottle necked at the end.

Have had good experiences at this airport. Easy to find the gate you're supposed to be at. Staff are helpful, and security moves quickly. There are a whole bunch of restaurant options to choose from. Quick connection point to a range of other airports. All around, Sea-Tac is a great airport!

The Alaska Customer Service desk staff are always friendly every time I come/leave the airport. The security lines run efficiently despite the ever present lines. Great places to eat and great coffee.

I like this airport. Getting to it can be a bit weird, as the rental facility is a distance away and layered up in a multilevel parking garage. Has Clear so easy to get through security if you are a member. Lines can be long! GREAT Delta main lounge.

Wow can be quite exciting for a rush it can get quite busy, but we all know airports are always busy. Lovely cafes to dine and beautiful little shops for your own browsing time if u have the time. Really my experience was quite amazingly good, maby because it wasn't rush hour well u people also have a grate experience like I did.

Actual review is NEGATIVE 5 stars. WORST airline hub EVER. Lawsuits should be filed against SETAC for the outbreak. It sure would be nice if they would of cap all international flights with better control on those whom are traveling. This outbreak is YOUR FAULT. I only rated this 5 stars due to the new rules on reviews. It is NOT a positive review.

I was supposed to change flight to Austin, after my 20hrs international flight but got late due to immigration procedures. The airport attendant offered me help to transport my luggage and to take me to right check in counter. He made use of my situation as I am new to this country and didn’t give enough time for me to think, grabbed $20 as tip and left. I was admiring, as Tip is what we need to offer and someone just not taking grant of your situation. Anyhow, I missed that flight and airline helped me with accommodating in their next flight which had almost 10hrs waiting time but they really cared for the customer.

Really confusing that this airport must serve some of the biggest tech company employees in the world yet it seems bitterly mediocre. I've seen developing country airports better than this! The duty free is pretty much the same price as street asking price, if not more expensive. The places to eat are lacking. The place I ate from served a small pizza in an extra large box! On the plus side the Internet is really fast. I was getting around 250mbps. Also there are plenty of places to plug in and charge your devices. Also a plus. It's not the worst airport I've been to but definitely far from being an international destination serving one. Lots of room for improvement.

I would like to share my story but before I do this is a good place but the area around the airport is very sketchy. If your gonna travel here be prepared and conscious of your surroundings.Here is the story: My buddy and I decided to take flights to Boston together. My buddy, lets call him Rob, is a very outspoken person. Rob likes to explain everything and likes to "prove" he knows more than you. Rob is the type of person to one-up you in an apologetic nature. ANYWAYS, Rob and I were going through security and of all people guess who they decided to randomly search? My friend Rob. They had him spread eagle in front of the whole line while they caressed his body with their medal detector. My friend Rob was completely silent. I have never seen him in the state before. I was hoping they would do a full body cavity search just for a good laugh but they didn't. They searched his bag and drilled him with questions. He was powerless! After they let their captive go we had a good trip.

Clean airport, easy to follow directions, lots of healthy food options and not a bad walk between terminals. The recent construction has made things really smooth. I got a little turned around by some of the signs to B gates but it was all still pretty new.

The experience was good. Though it was very quiet coz of the lockdown still the staff are very helpful.

3.5We came here to get a flight into Kauai, as nonstop flights weren't available from Bellingham to there. The airport is large and well kept. There are often crowds, especially close to the holidays. The experience was decent, and most of the staff were friendly, though some of them seemed a bit stricter. Security was fine, though went a bit slow. Baggage pick up can take a long time and often be confusing, especially at busy times, but other than that I didn't have much of a problem. There are several restaurants around here, including Mexican, authentic chinese, and a few Starbucks scattered around there. Some shops are also here. Transferring onto the plane was smooth and not much of an issue. Overall, if you're from a smaller town with a less crowded airport it can be a bit of a hassle sometimes, otherwise the experience isn't too bad!

This is our favorite airport. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The signs for gates, cabs, rental cars, luggage, etc. are all very clearly marked. The restaurant options are many. They have something for everyone. We thought the food was great. We traveled with someone with special needs so we contacted the airport in advance. When we arrived they had an airport employee waiting for us. They personally escorted us through the airport, to the gate, and arranged for us to load the plane first. On this same trip we visited three other airports; none of them treated half as well as Seattle. We have traveled to Seattle airport quite a few times and every time the facility is clean, the staff are super friendly and professional.

Love this airport. They did a good job renovating it years ago and it is still relevant. I have used SeaTac as a hub for all things Pacific rim for decades. It's (unfortunately) like a second home.

Clean, friendly and comfortable as always. I enjoyed my visit to this lounge. I grabbed a quick snack and some drinking water. Charged my devices and caught up on some emails.

There are art installations throughout the airport to make your walk pleasant. But boy, I was 'breathless in Seattle' after the walk from my Delta terminal to one of the club. It's so big and spread out, so prepare to put those legs to work.

Flying in was a great experience. Easier than I thought. If you rent a car,there is a shuttle that picks you up right outside the baggage claim. Flying out was a different experience. Expect long lines and wait time and TSA is ridiculous. We showed up four hours before our flight and barley made it to our gate in time. There are cool shops for souvenirs and several options for food.

Coming from LGB, this had a more familiar feel to an airport. The water bottle water dispensers were a nice touch and very convenient. You arrive and get into the airport, go down two escalators and reach a train that takes you to baggage claim and ground transportation.The train arrived very quickly and the ride went very quickly. We arrived to ground transport and for ride sharers you go through a tunnel that leads you to a parking garage. The parking garage has "bays" numbered spots where drivers can park. You order a ride, or you've already ordered one and your driver will message you with the number they will park in and you meet them there.This airport has done a much better job of growing with the times than LAX has.

Always have experience at this airport. The rental car transport is very easily found once you get off your flight. It’s very well laid out and even security is a breeze when you’re ready to come back.

Clean, friendly, but hard to navigate. One word - long. We arrived by lite rail and flew United. That meant we had a horribly long walk - well over a mile (especially if you count the security switchbacks). Our gate was the furthest possible. Wish someone would have designed that better. Besides rushing through it to make our flight, it was clean, friendly, food prices seemed normal, and the artistic touches were beautiful.

Besides our flight being too late for us to make our connection. A great lady by the name of Laura working for Alaska Airlines went way above and beyond to help us find the next possible flight.I believe she was brought over from another customer service dept but she still did what it took to take care of us and ultimately... I hate this cliches but save Christmas.We proceeded to wait in the luggage area for 3 hours only to have some larger gentleman (maybe a supervisor? Wasn’t wearing a name tag) tell us that we were unable to take our checked bag. He knew where it was but was not willing to help us get it despite us having requested it to be pulled 3 hours earlier which wouldn’t have been an issue without kids. By that time it was after 1am. We originally landed at 9:20 and we were helped by Laura before 10:20. I’m going to keep this a 5 star review because of Laura’s ability to not take no for an answer and solution seeking. I guess you can’t win em all.

As a lifelong Washingtonian, I can honestly report that the Sea-Tac International Airport has been immensely improved since the past 15 years. The luggage check-in has be modified to make it easier for people to breeze through long check-in lines, especially if you already have your boarding ticket. Although I don't like that you are at random going through the full body scanner, especially since you're exposed to radiation, it's a security measure. Once you get through the TSA security check, the airport terminal opens up to a sky-high view of the airport. It used to not be this way 15 years ago. I find that getting to your terminal is so much easier and I always still love riding the light rail.

The Alaska Customer Service desk staff are always friendly every time I come/leave the airport. Unlike some other cities I've visited, Seattle has some fantastic, always helpful & friendly representatives at this airport. Great job- thank you for all that you do.

Alaska Airlines is the best airline I've flown on. Their biggest hub is no different. They treat every costumer well, not only first class or business. Their small planes are spacious and efficient. The boarding process is fast, and service is incredible. Makes flying seem almost seamless.
